This large company is an international provider of health and travel insurance that recently partnered with another multi-national to provide general insurance services. Its payment environment encompassed preprinted stock on 15 bank accounts over 5 banks as well as multi-currencies. In addition to their complex processes, they had suffered a series of cheque frauds.
The team at Dataline quickly implemented MICR toner cheque printing on Lexmark Printer Platform in order to eliminate fraudulent modifications to cheques. Recognising their complex payment environment, Dataline recommended replacing their 15 preprinted cheque stocks with 1 generic stock and implement the LINKS software to dynamically print company logos, signatures and bank details.
